Internal Aloe Vera Preparations

Many people take part in sports, or join health and fitness clubs, in an effort to get fit. It is equally important to look after the internal system to ensure that the body is as healthy inside as it is toned and fit outside. One vital factor in maintaining good health and fitness, and protecting the body against bacterial, viral and fungal infection, is optimum nutrition (See also Diet, Weight & Nutrition page). The anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal and immune enhancing properties of Aloe vera drinking gels, when taken internally may help the body to resist infections, and provide the means to fight them off quickly should they occur. As a nutrient, the Aloe vera Gel provides 20 of the 22 amino acids required for building proteins, as well as a balanced mixture of minerals, vitamins, mono and polysaccharides, and enzymes.

In the USA a professional athlete is an expensive commodity: top trainers from famous clubs like the Dallas Cowboys, Baltimore Colts, Denver Broncos, Minnesota Twins and many others are convinced of the efficacy of FLP Aloe products and have used them for the past 20 years.

It is well understood that Aloe Vera cannot cure any conditions. However, it is equally well established that Aloe Vera promotes cell growth and optimises the body's own defense and renewal systems so as to help the body heal itself.

Topical Aloe Vera Preparations

Aloe Activator is virtually pure Aloe Vera Gel with just tiny amounts of plant-based substances added for stabilisation, then filtered to remove the pulp. This clear solution has powerful anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, and enhanced immune response properties. In this very pure form, the Aloe is extremely penetrative: it is feasible to utilise this feature to carry additional healing agents through the skin. Aloe Activator can also be poured into a small spray-bottle and used to spray areas of discomfort after training or during sports performance. The Aloe Activator works well with all the other FLP topical products.
Aloe Vera Gelly is stabilised Aloe Vera Gel in a jelly-like base, this product is especially useful where longer contact with the skin is required, for example with scrapes, abrasions, and friction or "turf" burns.

Aloe Lotion is stabilised Aloe Vera Gel in a cream base, the Aloe Lotion is a first-rate massage cream. It can be used on its own, or - since it is a light cream, not an ointment, it can act as an ideal contact medium.

Aloe Heat Lotion is stabilised Aloe Vera Gel combined with natural plant-based "heating" compounds such as Eucalyptus and Wintergreen, in a cream base. The Heat Lotion can be used to enhance warming-up before training and to ease minor dicomfort from the wear and tear of training and performance.

Natural Supplements

The Bee Pollen tablets provide a concentrated natural source of B vitamins which give increased energy, stamina and may help alleviate the discomfort of allergies. The Desert Honey is nature's complete food: the FLP honey is fortified with Bee Pollen and Royal Jelly and offers an excellent substitute for sugar.
